Clinic Policies

  1. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled. You will be charged the full fee of the appointment scheduled. If you are late, your session cannot be extended into another client’s time slot.

  2. No Show/Missed Appointments: If you do not show up to a scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the full price of your scheduled appointment.  

  3. Cancellations: We require all changes to appointments to be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. After the 48-hour window begins, there is a $50.00 late cancellation/reschedule fee to cancel or reschedule.

    Cancellations may be requested in the following manner:

    1.     Call the office and speak with a staff member.

    2.     Leave a voicemail message. Voicemail messages are time stamped.

    3.     Send an email to contact@maconholistic.com

    4.    Open your appointment confirmation email: click on the ‘change/cancel’ appointment button at the bottom. This option is only available up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. If the online scheduler does not allow you to cancel or confirm, that is because you are within the 48-hour window and you must use one of the above cancellation methods.

  4. All fees are charged to the card on file.

  5. Scheduling: for the convenience of our clients, we offer self-scheduling on our website, at maconholistic.com/appointments. Additionally, clients may call and schedule over the phone. A credit or debit card is required to hold the appointment slot. You will not be charged until your appointment date. You may use the same card or alternate payment method.

  6. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit, or credit cards.

  7. Insurance: We are an In-Network provider for select United Heath care plans and Veterans Affairs Community Care Network. For more information please see our “Insurance” page.
